As a Factory Hand, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing and assembly operations, supporting the production process and ensuring our products meet quality standards.
This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic manufacturing environment where your contributions directly impact our operational efficiency and product quality.What you'll be doingAssisting with assembly and processing tasks on the production linePreparing materials and components for manufacturing operationsOperating machinery and equipment in accordance with safety procedures and company protocolsInspecting finished products for quality and compliance with specificationsMaintaining a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety standardsPacking and labelling products for dispatchFollowing work instructions and standard operating procedures to ensure consistencySupporting the team to meet production targets and deadlinesReporting any issues or defects to the appropriate supervisorWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in factory,
