We're a small, agile team with big ambitions, we are growing quick and are now hiring another Growth Strategist to help us scale.
The Role
As Growth Strategist, you'll be responsible for the strategy, optimisation and ongoing performance of approximately 25 lead generation accounts.
This role is 70% Meta, 30% Google, with a strong focus on offer angles, testing, and maintaining healthy lead flow.
You will:




Develop and manage digital strategy for your client portfolioMonitor performance and proactively test new angles when lead flow dropsJump into Ads Manager to optimise campaigns alongside our media buyerLead weekly and monthly client callsCollaborate closely with the founder on strategy directionMonitor CRM performance (GHL experience highly regarded)Maintain high retention across your portfolio
Execution support is provided, but you are accountable for direction and outcomes.
