In this role, you will provide planned and reactive HVAC maintenance across a range of systems including heating, cooling, refrigeration, chilled water systems, and building management systems.

and maintain heating, cooling, and refrigeration systemsConduct fault finding, repairs, and upgrades across HVAC equipmentInspect and maintain chilled water systems and refrigeration equipmentEnsure ventilation equipment and controls operate efficiently and continuouslyInspect and maintain building management systems where requiredDiagnose electrical and mechanical defects and system malfunctionsComplete service reports and work orders within required timeframesEnsure all works comply with safety, environmental, and company standardsBuild and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholdersYour Education, Experience and SkillsTrade qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (essential)Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar roleProven ability to diagnose and repair HVAC systemsStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to respond quickly tochanging service requirementsCurrent Driver's LicenceWhite Card (Construction Induction Card)Working knowledge of building management systems desirableAbout ASM ChilltechASM Chilltech is a national leader in commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration services, delivering reliable, high-performance solutions across Australia.
