Holiday Inn Express Macquarie Park is looking for a motivated and hands-on Duty Manager to drive daily operations, deliver memorable guest experiences, and support our amazing team.About the RoleAs Duty Manager, you'll be at the heart of hotel operations, managing daily activities, supporting team performance, and ensuring exceptional guest service.
You'll help maximise profitability, maintain compliance, and create a positive, high-performing workplace.
This role also includes flexibility to support other properties as needed, including interstate travel when required.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and guest-focused experienceDrive revenue through smart use of systems and ensure compliance with audit and cash handling proceduresSupport and coach team members, helping them grow and perform at their bestManage ordering, inventory control, and stock-related processes aligned with business needsMaintain high standards across cleanliness,
