This role will be based out of our Sydney Warehouse in Blacktown.The Transport Coordinator is responsible for the efficient coordination of daily deliveries, driver allocations, and run planning to ensure on-time, accurate, and reliable service.This hands-on role acts as the key communication link between warehouse operations, drivers, sales, customer service, and fleet; playing a key role in getting our Customers orders out the door, on time, and to the highest standard.
You'll sit at the centre of operations, working closely with the warehouse,



drivers and logistics to keep everything moving.HoursMonday to Friday | 4am - 12pmWhat You'll Be DoingCoordinate daily dispatch and transport logistics across your DCAllocate and adjust loads to manage delivery schedules to meet timelinesProvide ETAs and delivery updates to internal teamsMinimise disruption to planned runs while accommodating reasonable changesMaintain clear line of communication with Drivers, Operations Manager, National Logistics Manager and National Fleet Manager to support continuous improvementWhat You'll BringCurrent LF and Minimum MR licence - demonstrated MR driving experience in work history must be shown clearly in resumeExperience in dispatch or coordination within transport, logistics, warehouse opersations or similarProven ability to work at pace, prioritise and solve problems on the goExperience with route planning or driver coordinationBasic understanding of vehicle safety and maintenance checksConfident communication across teams, drivers and contractorsComfortable using Microsoft Office and learning recent systemsWhat We OfferConsistent roster supporting work-life balanceSupportive, close-knit team that sets you up for successWeekly pay and genuine career progressionGrowing Australian business with long-term opportunities
