Reporting to the Plant HR Manager, this role will be responsible for providing key recruitment support for three sites:
1. Beef City Plant;
2. Beef City Feedlot and
3. Mungindi Feedlot.




This role is ideal for anyone with previous Recruitment experience looking to further develop their end-to-end talent acquisition knowledge in a high-volume, fast-paced environment whilst meaningfully engaging with the local community.Your key responsibilities will include:End-to-end ownership of recruitment including selection, placement and onboardingDeveloping effective relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholdersTaking the time to understand the operational setting to support high quality placements across the PlantDeveloping relationships within the community to support ongoing community involvement such as local education, sporting clubs and Job Active providersIdentifying and implementing recruitment and onboarding improvement opportunitiesBuilding the JBS employer brand within the community and supporting community initiativesCoordinating and attending careers days and relevant careers exposDeveloping relevant marketing campaigns, targeting local areasCompleting required recruitment reportsAbout YouPrevious experience within a similar recruitment role advantageousStrong knowledge and understanding of recruitment related laws and legislation including relevant compliance requirementsPrevious experience within a food manufacturing environment advantageousStrong attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work professionally and effectively within a team environmentHighly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsAbility to establish priorities and meet deadlinesDemonstrated ability to provide situational leadership
