About The Role
Glenella Care offers a space that is welcoming, calming and thoughtfully designed to feel just like home.
This is a rewarding ongoing opportunity for an experienced and motivated Administration Assistant to join a supportive and dynamic team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the facility.
Duties will include assisting with resident admissions, while providing administrative support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the facility.
We are seeking someone with strong administration experience, confident computer skills, and a background in reception or front-of-house roles.
Rostering is a key responsibility, so experience in this area will be highly regarded, though not essential.
You will also bring excellent communication skills, a warm and professional telephone manner, and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality service.

As Administration Assistant You Will
Assist with resident administration, including admissions support and liaising with families
Undertaking general administrative duties to support the efficient operation of the aged care service
Deliver professional, customer-focused reception services and general administrative support.
Participate with office administration, including correspondence, records, reports, and meeting minutes
Assist with employee rostering, timesheets, training records, and staff documentation
About You
Experience in administration, ideally in aged care, health, or a service-based role.
Proven experience in rostering, timesheets, training records and staff documentation
Strong customer service, communication, and organisational skills.
Competence with computers and word processing.
An excellent ability to demonstrate confidentiality and compliance requirements.
Current NDIS Worker Screening or National Police Check, or able to obtain one.
