Seek is seeking a Contracts Administrator for a landmark Gold Coast high-rise residential development.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will drive commercial delivery from procurement through to final account and work closely with site teams, consultants and clients to meet programme, quality and budget objectives.Responsibilities include subcontractor procurement, tendering, progress claims, variations and cost reporting.
