In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent across a range of mining operations, including FIFO and site-based roles.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for mining roles (operators, engineers, trades, and project staff)Source candidates through job boards, databases, and industry networksConduct interviews, reference checks, and candidate assessmentsBuild strong relationships with clients across the mining sectorMaintain talent pipelines for high-demand rolesEnsure compliance with safety and site requirementsCoordinate onboarding, inductions, and mobilization for site personnelAbout YouProven experience in recruitment (mining, resources,
