You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play an important role in creating a warm, professional and welcoming experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.Key responsibilities include:Greeting clients and patients in a friendly and professional mannerAnswering phones, managing enquiries and booking appointmentsProcessing payments and maintaining accurate client and patient recordsSupporting veterinarians and nurses with daily clinic administration and workflowAbout youWe are looking for someone who is reliable, approachable and able to stay calm and organised in a busy setting.
Previous veterinary reception or animal care experience is preferred,



but training can be provided for the right person.Previous experience in a veterinary or medical reception role highly regardedExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong organisation and attention to detailConfidence using computers and learning clinic software systemsA positive, team-focused attitudeThe ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy reception environmentA genuine care for clients, patients and the wider teamWhy join us?
