The organisation offers a supportive team environment where HR professionals are empowered to make a genuine impact while partnering closely with leaders across the business.About the Role:This newly created People Solutions Advisor role is a short term contract opportunity of approximately 2 months, created to provide critical support during a period of team transition and leave coverage.
Reporting to the People Solutions and Experience Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring continuity across HR advisory, employee relations, case management, and people operations activities.Working closely with a diverse leadership group, you will provide practical advice across a range of employee and industrial relations matters, support workplace investigations and case management activities, and coach leaders through complex people issues.
You will also manage HR administration processes, maintain employee records and documentation, update workforce information within SAP SuccessFactors, and ensure the accuracy of people data that impacts payroll outcomes.This role offers broad exposure across HR operations and advisory activities within a fast paced, highly collaborative environment where stakeholder engagement and practical problem solving are highly valued.About You:You are a confident and approachable HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders and balancing operational delivery with advisory responsibilities.
You bring strong judgement, excellent communication skills,



and a genuine commitment to achieving positive people outcomes.You will ideally possess:Demonstrated experience in HR advisory, People and Culture, Employee Relations, or HR Business Partnering environmentsExperience managing a range of performance, conduct, grievance, and employee relations mattersStrong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, industrial relations frameworks, and workplace compliance obligationsThe ability to coach and influence leaders with varying levels of HR capabilityExperience interpreting modern awards, enterprise agreements, or workforce compliance requirementsStrong stakeholder management skills with a collaborative and solutions focused approachExperience using HRIS platforms, with SAP SuccessFactors highly regardedThe confidence to appropriately challenge decisions where required while maintaining trusted relationshipsAdditional Requirements/Benefits:Approximately 2 month contract with an immediate start preferredHybrid working arrangement with 2 days working from homeOffice based in Pennant HillsExposure to a broad range of employee relations and HR operational activitiesSupportive and highly collaborative People and Culture teamOpportunity to contribute meaningful value during a critical business periodPolice Check and Working With Children Check required prior to commencementWhy Apply?
