MR/HR Licence: Minimum Medium Rigid licence required for operating heavy chipper units.Technical Expertise: Proven experience in advanced rigging, climbing, and aerial tree works.Highly regardedCWA (Controlled Working Area): Experience or accreditation in CWA protocols.Chainsaw Tickets:



Advanced trimming and cross-cutting (Level 1 & 2).
EWP Ticket: High Risk Work Licence (WP).
ACDC Licence: Commercial Operators Licence for chemical application.TMI/TMA: Traffic Management Implementation or Traffic Management Awareness.First Aid & CPR: (Including specialized aerial rescue training).
