Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with GPs, nurses, Aboriginal Health Workers, allied health professionals, and external specialists to provide integrated, holistic care.This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by improving access to paediatric services, supporting better health outcomes, and contributing to the continued development of culturally safe, community-focused healthcare.Clinic hours:Monday-Friday: 7:00am - 7:00pm, Saturday: 8:00am - 4:00pm (rostered asrequired)Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive, evidence-based paediatric assessment, diagnosis,



treatment, and ongoing management for infants, children, adolescents, and young peopleDeliver culturally safe, family-centred care that is responsive to each child's cultural identity, circumstances, and holistic wellbeingProvide clinical leadership to support high-quality paediatric services and improved community health outcomesAssess and manage a broad range of paediatric conditions, including developmental, behavioural, learning, rehabilitation, and complex health needsCollaborate with GPs, Aboriginal Health Workers, nurses, allied health professionals, specialists, schools, NDIS, and community partners to deliver coordinated careDevelop individualised care plans, coordinate referrals, prescribe treatments, and support children, families, and carers through education and guidanceMaintainaccurateclinical records, documentation, and correspondencein accordance withprofessional standards and organisational requirementsParticipate in clinical governance, quality improvement, service planning, and the development of innovative paediatric programsWork within Kambu Health's multidisciplinary team to promote safe, effective, client-centred care and uphold the principles of Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations (ACCHOs)Comply withrelevant legislation, skilled standards, policies, and Kambu Health's Quality Management System whilemaintainingethical and professional practiceWhat You'll Bring:Demonstrated experience providing specialist paediatric assessment, diagnosis, and management across a range of childhood health conditionsStrong clinical judgement,
