This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing transport, warehouse, scheduling, administration, compliance, financial performance, and operational efficiency across the branch.This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on operational leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about safety, customer service, team leadership, and continuous improvement.About the RoleAs the Transport & Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of both transport and warehouse functions while driving performance, compliance, culture, and customer outcomes.You will lead multiple operational teams and work closely with internal departments to ensure service delivery, operational excellence, and financial success.Key ResponsibilitiesTransport OperationsLead and manage transport and warehouse teams to achieve operational targetsOversee scheduling, fleet utilisation, and operational efficiencyWork closely with Fleet Maintenance to ensure vehicle reliability and complianceEnsure adherence to Chain of Responsibility (CoR), NHVR regulations, and all legislative requirementsMonitor and improve DIFOT and other operational performance metricsDrive continuous improvement initiatives and cost‐saving strategiesManage escalations relating to transport, warehouse, HR, payroll, and WHS mattersBuild and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring high service levelsOversee SLA performance to ensure customer expectations are met or exceededLead workforce planning, driver recruitment,
