Pure HVAC & Electrical Pty Ltd - Smeaton Grange NSW HVAC Tradesman - Pure HVAC & Electrical Pty Ltd $40-$50+ per hour (based on experience) + Company Vehicle + Fuel + Tolls About the role Pure HVAC & Electrical Pty Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced HVAC Tradesman to join our team in South West Sydney, NSW.
As an HVAC Tradesman, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of air conditioning & ventilation systems.
The break up of work required would be 90% construction and 10% service with the majority of our work on commercial building sites.
This is a full-time permanent position, offering a competitive hourly rate and excellent benefits.
What you'll be doing Install, service and repair a variety of HVAC equipment, including VRF systems, split systems, ducted systems, and commercial plant systems.
Perform scheduled maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues, and implement effective solutions Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide high-quality customer service.
Must be a great communicator!
Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards Contribute to the continuous improvement of HVAC processes and procedures What we're looking for Formal trade qualifications in HVAC, such as a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Minimum 2 years' experience as an HVAC Tradesman,



preferably in a commercial or industrial setting Excellent technical skills and problem-solving abilities Must know the installation process for VRF systems Will need to know the basics of commissioning systems which includes air balancing (in-house training available) Must be able to co-ordinate sub contractors onsite as required Mech Elect experience desired but not a must Solid communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Current driver's licence and willingness to travel to job sites across Sydney as required Arctick licence, White card & EWP licence What we offer At Pure HVAC & Electrical, we are committed to providing a rewarding and supportive work workplace for our team.
