Your Responsibilities
Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for the overall site delivery of this major project, ensuring safety, programme, quality and subcontractor performance objectives are achieved.
Lead and coordinate all site activities.Drive construction programmes and milestone delivery.Manage subcontractor performance and site productivity.Maintain high safety and quality standards.Liaise with project stakeholders and consultants.Mentor and develop site-based team members.

Australian Experience Essential Local Subcontractor Knowledge ProfferedProven experience as a Site Manager on large commercial projectsHigh-rise construction experience highly regardedStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholdersExcellent understanding of safety and quality systemsMust want best Site Manager gig on the Gold Coast
