You will oversee production, retail and site management, leading a small team and coordinating across the Padre Coffee network.You bring at least 2 years in the coffee industry with roasting, front-of-house and people leadership experience, plus solid communication, customer service and organisational skills.
The role is based on-site in Noosa and requires a valid driver's license.
