About the RoleReporting to the National Estimating Manager, you will take ownership of tenders from initial review through to submission, working closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver accurate and competitive pricing.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage tenders from first principles through to submissionPrepare BOQs, cost plans, and detailed estimatesEngage subcontractors and suppliers to obtain and assess pricingIdentify risks, discrepancies, and opportunities within tender documentsManage post-tender clarifications and support project handoverSkills & ExperienceProven experience pricing commercial projects up to $10MStrong proficiency in Buildsoft Cubit, Cubit Select & EstimateOneSolid understanding of construction methods, costs, and contractsTender experience in Retail, Fitout, refurbishment and live environments.Ability to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and tradesWhat's on OfferNational project exposure across retail, fitout, and commercial sectorsSupportive team workplace with strong leadershipOpportunity to grow within a structured estimating team
