As a Sidekicker AIN, you'll have access to shifts with respected aged care organisations including Churches of Christ, Wesley Mission and Superior Care.
You'll play an important role in delivering high-quality care and supporting residents to live with comfort, dignity and independence.

Supporting residents' comfort, safety and wellbeing
Collaborating with nurses and broader care teams to deliver exceptional outcomes

What you'll need
Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Aged Care
Experience working within an Australian Residential Aged Care facility
Current COVID-19 booster and influenza vaccination
Current National Police Check
Current First Aid and CPR certification
