Misty's Collectables is one of Queensland's largest trading card retailers, specialising in Pokémon, One Piece, and more.
Between our retail stores, online business, live streaming, conventions, PSA submissions and growing wholesale brands, we're expanding quickly—and we're looking for an exceptional Marketing Specialist to grow with us.Developing, coordinating and implementing marketing campaigns for current product launches, events and promotions.Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and sales.Managing the company's presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, ensuring marketing activities are aligned across all digital channels.Planning, coordinating and implementing promotional activities and marketing campaigns for tournaments, conventions, live streams and in-store events.Producing and editing marketing materials, including photography and video content, to support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.Preparing and coordinating email marketing campaigns and customer communications.Collaborating with our streaming team to maximise the reach and effectiveness of promotional campaigns and live events.Collaborating with the owners to develop and implement long-term marketing strategies and promotional initiatives.Monitoring,



evaluating and analysing the performance of marketing campaigns and recommending improvements to maximise marketing effectiveness.Monitoring digital marketing trends and identifying opportunities to improve brand visibility, customer engagement and business growth.What we're looking for (Skills and Experience)Experience in digital marketing and campaign management.Experience developing and implementing marketing campaigns across digital channels.Strong copywriting and communication skills.Experience with Meta, TikTok and Google advertising platforms.Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design and editing software.Strong photography and video editing skills to develop marketing and promotional materials.A creative and strategic thinker who enjoys developing innovative marketing initiatives.Someone who can work independently, take ownership of projects and manage multiple priorities.Experience analysing marketing performance and using insights to optimise campaign effectiveness is highly regarded.A genuine passion for trading cards, gaming, collectibles or pop culture is a huge advantage (but not essential).
