You will work across stakeholder engagement, project administration, digital learning content and committee support to ensure educational initiatives are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.This role would particularly suit a dental qualified looking to leverage their clinical knowledge in a project-focused environment while contributing to the development of high-quality education and professional learning programs.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the end-to-end delivery of learning and development projects and CPD programs Liaise with presenters, authors, education providers and production partners to ensure successful project deliveryManage project timelines, documentation, budgets, invoices and reporting requirementsUpload, maintain and monitor educational content across digital platforms including LMS and websitesSupport the development and continuous improvement of learning resources and member education initiativesPrepare reports, briefing papers, meeting documentation and project updatesProvide secretariat support to committees, including meeting coordination and record managementMaintain project systems,
trackers and content libraries in line with governance requirementsBuild and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholdersEnsure all learning content meets professional, quality and compliance standardsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team initiativesAbout YouRelevant clinical qualifications, combined with hands-on experience as a dental practitioner or working within a dental clinical settingDemonstrated experience developing or coordinating educational content, CPD programs or learning resources will be advantageousExperience coordinating projects, programs or educational initiatives from planning through to deliveryExperience supporting committees, meetings or working groups, including coordination and record keepingStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective working relationshipsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlinesHigh attention to detail and strong administrative capabilityStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvementProficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams and SharePointExperience with learning management systems (LMS) or digital learning platforms will be highly regardedAt Beaumont People, we believe a diverse workplace is a happy workplace, and we love working with organisations that feel the same way.
