First established in ****, JC Butko Engineering is a successful and highly respected multi-faceted design, engineering, fabrication, and construction company, specialising in stainless steel, mild steel, pipework, tanks, hoppers, conveyors, structural steel site installations, laser and water jet cutting, CNC press work, and CNC machining.Based in Wodonga on the NSW-Victorian border with an additional workshop in Albury, we are a family-run business celebrating 50 years of quality and capability in ****.An opportunity currently exists for an experienced QA professional to join our operations team with an immediate start.The ideal candidate will have:A background in steel fabrication or heavy engineering2 - 4 years' experience in a quality assurance role within a similar environmentKnowledge of quality systems and their practical applicationThe ability to read and understand drawings (structural, mechanical, and piping)Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solvingGood communication skills and the ability to work with workshop teams and project managersCompetency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent time management and organisational skillsFlexible person who is prepared to take on a wide variety of tasks with a high level of enthusiasm and passionA Welding Inspector qualification (CSWIP, IWI, or equivalent) is highly regarded but not essentialKey Responsibilities:Assist in maintaining and continually improving company accreditations,
