A genuinely nice place to come to work.We're working with a boutique real estate business looking for a friendly, organised and switched-on receptionist to join their team.This is a smaller office with great leadership, a close-knit team and a really welcoming environment.
You'll be the face of the business while also supporting a couple of busy agents across sales, leasing and general administration.It's a excellent opportunity for someone with real estate experience who enjoys being involved, likes variety and wants to work somewhere they actually feel part of the team.The roleYou'll be across a mix of reception, administration and agent support, including:Managing incoming calls and enquiriesGreeting clients and being the friendly face of the officeSupporting a couple of sales agents with day-to-day administrationProcessing forms, contracts and general documentationAssisting with contract administrationCoordinating sales and leasing administrationPreparing sales and marketing collateralGeneral office administration and keeping things organisedHelping the team wherever neededIt's a varied role,



so you won't just be sitting at reception answering phones.
