Reporting to the People & Engagement Manager, you will provide practical HR support to leaders and employees across site, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, workforce planning, HR processes and day-to-day leader support.This role is well suited to someone who enjoys being close to the operation, building strong relationships with leaders and employees, and providing balanced, practical advice that helps the business move forward.The opportunity:As HR Advisor, you will support a broad range of people-related activities across the site, including:providing HR advice and support to supervisors, superintendents and department leaderssupporting employee relations matters, including performance, conduct, absenteeism, grievances and investigationsassisting with recruitment, onboarding and employee movementspreparing employment documentation,



correspondence and HR reportssupporting workforce planning and change management activitiesassisting with HR projects, policy implementation and process improvementmaintaining accurate HR records and employee datapromoting a positive, respectful and engaged workplace cultureAbout you:To be successful in this role, you will bring:previous experience in an HR Officer, HR Coordinator, HR Advisor or similar rolesound understanding of HR processes, employment documentation and employee lifecycle activitiesexperience supporting employee relations or performance management mattersstrong communication and relationship-building skillsthe ability to manage competing priorities in a busy operational environmenthigh attention to detail and strong record-keeping capabilityconfidence working with leaders and employees at all levelsdiscretion, professionalism and sound judgement when handling confidential mattersExperience in mining, heavy industry, construction, logistics or another operational environment will be highly regarded.Why Foxleigh?
