The position delivers tenancy, property and community engagement activities,



including connecting tenants with communities and facilitating support as required to sustain tenancies.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting tenants to achieve their housing needs.Managing housing allocations and intake processes.Conducting property inspections and coordinate responsive repairs and maintenance.Resolving disputes and managing complaintsLiaising with support agencies, government and non-government agencies on tenancy matters.Skills & Experience RequiredStrong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.Proven experience working with vulnerable client groups.Strong organisational and time-management skills.Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Diploma in Tenancy Coordination, Social Housing, Property Management or a similar field and or equivalent experience, is desirable.This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about making a real impact on our community.
