This isn't your typical maintenance position.At Phebra, you'll enjoy the stability of being on Monday-Friday day shift, giving you the work-life balance that's often hard to find in maintenance, while playing a vital role in manufacturing life-saving medicines used in hospitals across Australia and around the world.Based at our Lane Cove manufacturing facility, you'll join a close-knit team of four Maintenance Technicians who work together to keep our equipment, plant and critical services operating safely and efficiently.What you'll be doingYou'll use your mechanical expertise to:Perform preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance.Diagnose and repair equipment faults to minimise downtime.Maintain critical systems including purified water, HVAC, boilers, autoclaves and filling & packaging equipment.Complete maintenance activities within our CMMS and cGMP environment.Work collaboratively with production teams and external contractors to keep our manufacturing operation running at its best.What you'll bringWe're looking for someone who has:A recognised mechanical trade qualification.Experience in manufacturing maintenance (pharmaceutical experience highly regarded).




Knowledge of cGMP or another regulated manufacturing environment such as medical devices, food or veterinary manufacturing.Experience using CMMS and strong fault-finding skills.A proactive, team-focused approach and a genuine pride in quality workmanship.Why join Phebra?
