and consistently hitting targets — you'll do well here.What You'll DoCoordinate and allocate repairs across our trade networkManage a high volume of claims end-to-endDrive jobs to completion within time, cost, and quality expectationsTrack and manage progress using systems (including Prime)Communicate clearly with customers, trades, and insurersResolve issues quickly and keep jobs movingAbout YouProven experience in insurance building, high-volume environmentAble to manage competing priorities without dropping the ballStrong decision-making and problem-solving abilityConfident communicator who can manage stakeholders at all levelsHighly organised with strong attention to detailComfortable working to KPIs and performance expectationsExperience with Prime essentialWhy Join KBA?
