Griffin College RTO ***** is a leading registered training organization that delivers high-quality vocational training to international students in Brisbane.We are seeking a "Part-time trainer" for our RTO who is committed to providing quality training in a supportive and skilled manner.
The successful candidate should be able to deliver the following qualification on weekdays (3 days a week)CHC***** Diploma of Community ServicesAs a Community Services Trainer, you will deliver training and assessment in Community Services courses, curriculum/course material development and delivery, work placements, student work assessment, and results reporting.Your duties will include, but not be limited to:Develop and conduct training sessionsFacilitate and assess students' assessments for units of competencyParticipate and contribute to the validation and moderation of learning resources and assessmentsIdentify and assess students who need additional learning support and provide feedback promptlyMaintain, develop,



and modify learning resources and assessment tools as requiredParticipate in industry consultation activities and new programs as requiredSkills and Qualifications:CurrentCertificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher (TAE***** or equivalent)Diploma of Community Services (CHC***** or equivalent)Work and industry experience in community servicesExperience developing and updating training packages in line with relevant industry and compliance standards.Current driver's licenceHigh-level organisational, administrative, and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGreat interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with individuals and groups from a range of cultural and linguistic backgroundsSelf‐motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to achieving results in a flexible, small team environmentConnections and networks within the Community Services industry will be highly regarded.Remuneration will be based on your qualifications and experience.Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
