professional relationshipsSupporting participants to build their skills, confidence, and capacityProviding high-quality support to participants in the community and/or a Supported Independent Living (SIL) workplace.What We're Looking For:People who are passionate about supporting individuals to thrive – not just 'do the job'A team player who's open to feedback, eager to learn, and willing to contribute and lend a helping hand when neededA high standard of professionalism, communication, and integrityFlexibility to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and sleepover shifts as well as fill in for the team where requiredHigh attention to detail with documentation, case notes, following care plans and completing WHS tasks.Skills and Requirements:Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) or similar – highly regarded (desirable)Current First Aid & CPRWWCC and NDIS Worker Screening CheckDriver's licence and roadworthy, comprehensive insured, accessible vehicleAbility to work across the Central Coast over a variety of shift times, days and hours.Experience with complex needs, behaviour support, and health plans (desirable)Note: This role is not suitable for those seeking low-effort work.
