Programmed are currently seeking an experienced Roller Operator to join our civil construction crew working on major projects.About the RoleAs a Roller Operator, you will be responsible for operating compaction equipment safely and efficiently while supporting earthworks, road construction, pavement works and associated civil activities.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate padfoot and smooth drum rollers in accordance with site requirementsConduct pre-start inspections and daily maintenance checksEnsure compaction targets and quality standards are achievedWork closely with Supervisors, Plant Operators, and Ground CrewAdhere to all workplace health, safety, and environmental proceduresAssist with general civil labouring duties when requiredWhat We're Looking ForProven experience operating rollers on civil construction and road projectsCurrent Roller Ticket / Statement of AttainmentWhite CardExperience working on road, pavement,
