With a strong pipeline of work and a commitment to safety,qualityand teamwork, we are looking for an experienced Leading Hand to support site operations and drive successful project outcomes.The RoleReporting to the Site Manager / Project Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day coordination of site activities, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
You willbe responsible forsupervising subcontractors, managing sitelogisticsand supporting the delivery team to meetprogrammeand quality targets.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate subcontractors,suppliersand siteLabourer to ensure smooth project deliveryAssistin implementing construction programs and site plansOversee day-to-day site operations including deliveries and trade coordinationEnsure compliance with HSE requirements and site safety standardsSupport quality assurance bymonitoringworks and ensuring compliance with specificationsIdentifyand address site issues,risksand defects earlyMaintain clear communication with site teams and managementPromote a positive,productiveand safe site cultureAbout YouExperience:Minimum5+years experiencein a Leading Hand or similar role.
Backgroundincommercial or industrial construction projects.
Experience coordinating multiple trades and site activities.Skills & Attributes:Strong communicationand leadership skills.
Ability to coordinate trades and manage workflow on-site.
Solid planning andorganisationalskills.
Proactive approach to problem solving and safety management.
Team-focused with a commitment to delivering quality projects.Qualifications &Licences;: Trade qualification preferred.
Current First Aid Certificate.
Relevant site tickets/trainingadvantageous(e.g.working at heights, confined spaces).
