CMHDA delivers people-focussed mental health care for adults aged between 18 and 65 in the Parkes and Forbes communities.In this role, you will provide clinical care planning and case management to people requiring acute and complex mental health intervention in the community.The CMHDA team is comprised of enthusiastic multi-disciplinary healthcare professionals that pride themselves on providing a cooperative and holistic approach to patient care.This role is based in either Parkes or Forbes and works Monday to Friday, with no weekend or public holiday shifts required.Additional information for applicantsAll suitably qualified Aboriginal people are encouraged to apply for this position.
