The team advises corporates and financial sponsors on M&A;, equity and debt raisings, and strategic advisory mandates across core industrial subsectors.
This hire reflects a long-term investment in execution capability and future leadership within the group.The role offers end-to-end deal exposure, with Associates playing a central role in transaction execution, financial modelling, valuation analysis, and preparation of client materials.




The team operates in a highly commercial, execution-focused setting with regular client interaction and close day-to-day engagement with senior bankers.
Associates are given meaningful ownership over workstreams and are expected to contribute proactively across multiple live mandates.The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years' experience in investment banking or corporate advisory, gained at a global bank or top-tier advisory platform.
A strong technical skillset in financial modelling and valuation is essential, alongside a proven ability to manage processes, coordinate stakeholders, and operate effectively in a fast-paced deal environment.
Prior Industrials exposure is advantageous but not essential for candidates with strong execution credentials.
