The successful applicant must have a minimum 4 years civil engineering experience with 3 years specifically related to the utility and infrastructure sector.Competencies Required for the Role:Demonstrated civil engineering experience in the utility and infrastructure sectorAbility to coordinate all aspects of a projects and deliver key construction requirements in line with safety, quality, budget & timeKnowledge of the relevant legislation, standards and codes of practiceUnderstanding contractual agreements, preparing claims and dispute managementExpert leadership and negotiation skillsAttending project meetings,
