Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Bank reconciliations and transaction codingAccounts payable and accounts receivablePayroll processingBAS preparation and lodgementEOFY adjustments including accruals and prepaymentsSuperannuation processingLiaising with clients to resolve queries and maintain accurate recordsGeneral bookkeeping and data entry across multiple client filesAbout YouProven experience in a bookkeeping role, ideally within a public practice or accounting firm environmentProficient in Xero,
experience with MYOB or QuickBooks also well regardedStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracyAbility to manage your own workload and meet deadlines independentlyRegistered BAS Agent or working towards registration is highly advantageousA positive, professional attitude and strong communication skillsComfortable working in a small team environmentThe CultureThis is a friendly, supportive team that values hard work, honesty and a good attitude.
