Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, the role ensures smooth operational delivery across sales administration, marketing execution, purchaser communications, and settlements.Maintain the CRM and track / report reservations, exchanges, and settlementsAssist in preparing and distributing contracts, pricing, and disclosure documentation and liaise with solicitors, purchasers, and sales agents regarding progressCoordinate production of POS collateral, digital assets,



and signageMonitor and coordinate ongoing updates to project websites, digital platforms, and property portal listingsSupport EDM distribution, database maintenance, and campaign metric trackingAssist with project and corporate events including launches and display openingsAssist with preparation of pre-settlement workflow and co-ordinationRequirementsTo be successful in being awarded this role, you will need to come withExperience working in Admin, Sales support or Marketing within Real Estate or DevelopmentStrong prioritisation and computer skills (MS Office & CRM's)Outgoing, good energy and willing to learnAble to work 100% from the officeIdeally have a car & drivers licenseWhat's in it for you?
