Production Operator | Ipswich, QLD$37 per hour + Super | Full-Time | Monday to Friday
We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Plant Operator to join a growing manufacturing operation based in Ipswich, with the site relocating to Toowoomba in approximately 12 months.
This is an excellent prospect for someone who enjoys hands‐on work in a fast‐paced production environment.

Full-time position - 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday | 7:30am - 4:00pm

Key Responsibilities
Loading and unloading trucks and raw materials
Mixing and bagging products
Operating production equipment safely and efficiently
Manual handling of products up to 25kg
Following production schedules and quality standards
Maintaining a clean,



safe and organised work area
Assisting with general plant operations as required
About You
Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or plant environment
Forklift Licence (LF) preferred
Experience operating a Telehandler/Loader highly regarded
Comfortable with repetitive manual handling up to 25kg
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Reliable with a positive, team-focused attitude
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
The successful candidate will be involved in operating production equipment, loading and unloading materials, quality control and safely handling plant machinery in line with company procedures.
