MPI Gallery is a fast-growing real estate media and marketing business based on the Gold Coast.
We provide property photography, videography, drone content, social media management and digital advertising to real estate agents and agencies across Southeast Queensland.We work with some of the Gold Coast's leading agencies and are expanding rapidly.
This role is a key part of that growth - you'll be joining at an exciting time with genuine opportunity to grow with the business.The RoleWe're looking for a talented photographer and content creator to join us full-time, with an immediate start.Your primary focus will be shooting property photography and drone content across our client base — covering Beenleigh through to Burleigh Heads and surrounding suburbs.
Beyond property shoots, you'll also capture social media content for our agency retainer clients — agent spotlights, office culture, day-in-the-life Reels and short-form video content.This is a hands-on, autonomous role.

Reels and short-form videoEdit your own content to a professional standard ready for deliveryUpload and organise files following our folder structure and SOPsWork autonomously on location — managing your schedule efficientlyMaintain consistent quality across all client workWhat We're Looking For2-4 years experience in photography — real estate, commercial, weddings, events or similarCASA drone licence — essential, as most property shoots include aerial contentStrong editing skills — you edit your own work, not just shoot itExperience with short-form video content — Reels, TikToks, vertical formatA keen eye for detail and consistencyReliable, punctual and skilled — agents and vendors are counting on youComfortable working autonomously with minimal supervisionOwn reliable vehicle — you'll be driving to multiple properties dailyBased on or near the Gold CoastNice to HaveExperience with Sony mirrorless cameras and HDR bracketingFamiliarity with real estate photography and delivery standardsExperience with Canva for social graphicsWhat We Offer$60,000 - $70,000 base salary + super (based on experience)Full-time, immediate startVariety of work — property shoots, drone content, social content days, agency brand buildsReal growth opportunity as the business scalesClear SOPs and systems — you'll know exactly what's expected from day oneEquipment provided
