Working closely with stakeholders across People, Risk, Legal, Fraud and Cyber functions, you will provide expert advice,
strengthen governance practices and drive integrity-focused initiatives that support organisational objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement workforce suitability and personnel security frameworksProvide expert advice on suitability assessments, risk management and integrity mattersEnhance and manage pre-employment screening and workforce monitoring processesSupport governance activities and maintain workforce risk frameworks and controlsPrepare high-quality briefing papers, reports and decision-making documentationLead complex projects and build solid relationships across stakeholder groupsSkills & ExperienceExtensive experience in personnel security, suitability assessments or integrity-focused rolesStrong understanding of risk management, governance and workforce compliance frameworksExperience developing policies, frameworks and assessment methodologiesProven ability to analyse sensitive information and provide sound recommendationsExcellent written communication skills, including briefing and report writingStrong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levelsAustralian Citizenship & Government experience are mandatory requirements for this position.
