Professional Wind Services - Rockhampton QLDMuehlhan Wind Service specialises in providing the installation and maintenance of wind turbines across Australia, employing over 100 employees Australia wide.We are looking for an experienced and passionate Health & Safety Advisor for a major wind farm construction project located in the Rockhampton, Queensland region.Reporting to our HSE Senior Manager, you will provide health and safety advice, support and direction to our project delivery team on all HSE related matters.Key responsibilities:You will support the Site Manager for all Health & Safety aspects of the project and ensure all works are completed in accordance with required contract conditions, standards/regulations and company proceduresPositively influence the health and safety culture and performance of the projectBroad WHS skill set including auditing risk management, investigations,



systems implementation and injury managementAbility to manage and communicate risk effectivelySWMS Development and reviewHSE Investigations and reportingSafety interactions, compliance checksRequired skills, competencies and qualities:You will have a relevant Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Health & Safety combined with experience on large construction projectsExperience in dealing with peers and project personnel in Health & SafetyCurrent GWO BSTConstruction Induction (White Card)Solid work ethic with a can do attitudeGreat communication skills both written and verbal, and the ability to work with stakeholders both internally and externallyCurrent Advanced First Aid trainingWind Industry experience - advantageous
