Megham Building Services PTY LTD is seeking a Site Manager for a 21‐room motel single‐level commercial build.
You will lead site labour, coordinate subcontractors and trades, and manage the programme, budget and QA processes through to project completion.You'll report to the Managing Director and work closely with the Project Manager.
The role requires solid leadership, on‐site decision making, and commitment to safety and quality standards.
