Talent Insights are partnered with a leading Australian telco, looking for an experienced Master Data Co‐ordinator to join their Procurement Operations team.You'll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of vendor and material master data across the organisation, supporting procurement operations and working closely with Procurement, Finance and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate, compliant and efficient master data processes.You'll also contribute to process improvements, supplier onboarding and ongoing system enhancements.This is an excellent chance for someone who enjoys combining data quality, stakeholder engagement and operational excellence within a large enterprise environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain vendor and material master data across SAP and procurement platformsCreate, update and validate vendor records, ensuring data accuracy and integritySupport supplier onboarding and ongoing vendor maintenanceComplete quality assurance checks and regular data auditsWork closely with Procurement,

- Telecommunications.About you3-5 years' experience maintaining SAP S/4HANA Vendor and Material Master DataExperience working within a large enterprise environmentExposure to Source-to-Pay platforms such as SAP, Ivalua, Coupa or IcertisUnderstanding of procurement and category management principlesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsThe ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environmentExposure to MDO tools is advantageous.
