We're now looking for an experienced Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department at our Wynnum Road, Tingalpa dealership.

About the Role
As Parts Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of our Parts Department – managing stock, people, relationships to keep our workshop, retail counter, and handover teams running smoothly.
You'll report directly to the Dealer Principal and play a key role in the profitability and efficiency of the department.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing parts stock levels, ordering, and stock controlLeading your teamBuilding and maintaining solid relationships with Jayco and other suppliersWorking closely with the Service Manager and Workshop Controller to ensure parts availability supports workshop schedulingMonitoring departmental budgets, margins,



and stock turn to meet profitability targetsHandling trade and retail customer enquiries and resolving escalated issuesEnsuring compliance with WHS requirements around chemical storage, manual handling, and warehouse/forklift operations
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in a Parts Manager or senior Parts Interpreter role – automotive, marine, or RV industry highly desirableStrong leadership and team management skillsSolid understanding of stock control and inventory management systemsA current QLD driver's licence (essential)Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong supplier relationshipsSound computer literacy, including experience with dealership management or inventory softwareA proactive, organised approach and a genuine interest in the RV and caravanning lifestyle (highly desirable, not essential)
