Location : Sydney The Australian Automotive Group (AAG) has evolved into an outstanding portfolio of automotive assets.
The core of which is the six leading Ford dealerships in Sydney.
The Ford portfolio has been complemented by the addition of Suzuki, Renault, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Isuzu and Kia.
Australian Automotive Group is currently looking for experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic for ICT Support Technician to join their head office in Alexandria NSW.
Their dealerships in Sydney are: Brad Garlick Ford, Castle Hill Renault, City Ford Sydney, City Ford Rockdale, Cumberland Ford, Cumberland Suzuki, Power Ford, Titan Ford, Brookvale Mitsubishi, Ryde Hyundai, Castle Hill Isuzu Ute, Ryde Isuzu Ute, and Rockdale City Kia.
The role will involve the following:
Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, remote access, or onsite.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
Set up and manage user accounts, passwords, email accounts, and access permissions.
Install, configure, and update operating systems and business applications.




Support dealership management systems
Maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, internet connectivity, and network devices.
Assist with cybersecurity by applying software updates, antivirus protection, and security policies.
Assist with server maintenance, backup verification, and disaster recovery procedures.
Document IT procedures, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and data privacy requirements.
The successful candidate will need the following:
Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
Relevant qualification
Robust knowledge and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows and Service OS
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Entra ID and Azure knowledge is highly regarded
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service focus with the ability to support users of varying technical abilities.
Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate documentation.
