We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Merchandise Planner to join our Support Office team.In this role, you will be responsible for managing merchandise plans, stock investment, and in-season trade performance to deliver sales, margin, and inventory targets.
You will partner closely with Buying and Retail teams to ensure stock is aligned to demand and trading strategy.This is an excellent chance for a developing Planner looking to grow their career in a fast-paced retail environment while making a real impact on business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning & ForecastingDevelop and manage merchandise plans, budgets, and in-season replansBuild forecasts aligned to business targets and trading performanceEnsure plans are balanced across sales, margin, and stockOTB & Stock ManagementManage OTB to support effective stock investment and flowAdjust buy plans in response to trade performanceEnsure stock levels align to demand and strategyTrade Performance & AnalysisMonitor sales, margin,
