It requires professionalism, emotional intelligence, a good positive attitude and the ability to manage sensitive family dynamics while maintaining strict neutrality and keeping the children safe.We are seeking committed, resilient, and highly reliable individuals to join our team as Supervised Contact Workers.We are seeking reliable, mature and strong communicators to join our team.What You'll Be DoingObserving court-ordered contact visits between children and their parents at home or in the communityMaintaining a safe, neutral, and child-focused environmentManaging complex and sometimes challenging behaviours with professionalismWriting clear, factual, court-quality reports after every visitAccurately documenting observations without biasWhat We Need From YouWe are looking for individuals who are:Mature, empathetic, and emotionally intelligentStrong communicators: explicit, calm, and professional at all timesHighly reliable and able to follow structured processesConfident in managing difficult situations and setting boundariesSkilled in writing professional, objective reportsAccountable,



punctual, and consistentMandatory Requirements (Please Do Not Apply If You Do Not Meet These Criteria!)MUST be available EVERY weekendMUST be available weekdays after 3:00pmMUST commit to work a Minimum of 25 hours per weekMUST complete reports after each contact session (no exceptions)Qualification or current study in:Social WorkCommunity ServicesChildcare / Early ChildhoodOr other child-related fieldValid and Explicit Working With Children Check (WWCC)Current and Clear Police CheckFirst Aid CertificateFull driver's licence with a clean driving recordReliable vehicle and willingness to travel to client locations across SydneyReliable computer + phone and access to the internetDO NOT APPLY if you do not like writing and your English is poor, as you will have to complete lengthy professional reports after every session.It's NOT "I'll try it and see" position.
