As we continue to grow, we are seeking a reliable and motivated Pest Control Technician to join our Sydney team.
Position Summary
The Pest Control Technician is responsible for delivering safe, effective, and compliant pest control services across a range of client sites.
This is a hands‐on role suited to a technician who takes pride in their work, values customer service, and can work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
Conduct pest inspections and treatments including:
General pest management
Termite inspections and treatments (where licensed)
Timber pest inspections (where qualified)
Apply treatments in accordance with industry standards and company procedures
Provide clients with advice on pest prevention and long-term control strategies
Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Customer Service
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients onsite
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
Respond to client enquiries and provide practical solutions
Represent Allied Pest Management in a professional manner at all times
Compliance & Safety
Ensure all activities comply with:
Pest management licensing requirements
WHS legislation
Environmental guidelines
Follow all company safety procedures, including correct use of chemicals and PPE
Identify and report hazards, risks, and incidents
Reporting & Administration
Complete service reports, inspection reports, and treatment records accurately
Maintain up-to-date job notes and documentation
Use company systems and mobile devices for reporting and job management
Ensure all compliance documentation is completed and submitted on time
Skills, Experience & Attributes
Experience & Qualifications
Current Pest Management Technician Licence (NSW) or willingness to obtain
Experience in pest control services (preferred but not essential for trainees)
Current Australian driver's Licence
Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
