We are on the hunt for an Event Coordinator who can think on their feet and is eager to learn from the best (if we do say so ourselves!).
WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU ARE:An up and coming Event Coordinator willing to learn on their feetA mover and shaker – someone who can work at a fast pacePro‐active and able to work autonomouslyWant to work with an incredible team with a huge range of skills and ability (who are also a whole bunch of fun).
Ideally you have a tertiary qualification in Event Management or similar – or you have some industry experience.ABOUT THE EVENT SPACEWe work hard but play hard!

This is an entry level position ideal for someone starting out and keen to climb the not‐so‐corporate ladderABOUT THE ROLESource and work with event suppliers and venuesManage suppliers and deadlinesA creative eye is a bonus – styling and preparing events, working on mood boards, client proposals etcParticipate in team brainstorms and creative sessionsOnsite event management (working with our senior team to learn from the best)Provide all round support to our team of event managersManage your own projects and events with the support of the wider team.Management of our amazing clientswith the support of the wider team.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORIdeally tertiary education in Event Management or similar OR some industry experienceWilling and able to proactively get things done – we're talking picking up the phone, chasing suppliers, managing your own timelines etcAbility to work with suppliers and other team membersYou are incredibly organised and able to manage your own workload independentlyMulti‐tasking is your middle name – you will need to be able to juggle multiple balls in the air at once (figuratively not literally, although literally would certainly add some excitement to our office!)You must have a valid NSW drivers license and be willing to travel interstate from time to timeYOU'RE STILL READING ...
