The Safety Manager – Factory Operations leads the day-to-day delivery ofwork health, safety and wellbeing across Parratech's factory operations.Reporting to the Head of Safety & Wellbeing, this role provides hands-onoperational safety leadership at the point of manufacture, ensuringpre-fabrication activities across Parratech's production sites are carried outsafely, efficiently and in line with legislative and client requirements.Sitting within the operational support arm of the Safety & Wellbeing function,the role directly leads a team of site-based Safety Advisors and a SafetyOfficer.
