This is a hands-on role where you will build your skills through a structured training and competency program while working across our production plant.Working Hours:Monday – Thursday1:00pm – 11:00pmEnjoy a 3-day weekend every week!
Hourly Rate:This is a permanent full-time role starting at $***** per hour plus 15% shift loading (total $***** per hour),



with opportunities to increase your hourly rate as your skills and competencies grow.Responsibilities:You will be trained across a variety of production tasks including:Preparing and weighing raw materials for production batchesMixing products using industrial mixers and automated systemsOperating filling and packing equipmentConducting quality checks and recording production dataHandling materials and replenishing stock to maintain production flowMaintaining housekeeping and safety standards across the plantAbout You:We are looking for someone who is:Reliable with a strong work ethicPositive and willing to learnAble to follow instructions and proceduresComfortable with physical work and lifting up to 25kgSafety-focused with good attention to detailExperienced in manufacturing or production (desirable but not essential)LF Forklift licence essentialCurrent Drivers Licence and vehicle for transportWhy Join Rockcote?
